Move & Meditate

Sweat, strengthen, stretch and meditate. These sessions are designed to provide clarity, self care and rejuvenation to hardworking parents. Weekly sessions with dedicated content directly related to the challenges faced in the everyday life of a busy parent. Show up for yourselves so you can continue to show up for those around you.

Baby + Me

In these session, new parents will learn techniques and tools to incorporate the inevitable distractions of their infants into a mindfulness and meditation practice. Relevant themes for new parents will be discussed and reflected on, providing insight and a sense of clarity and calm.

What could be better than the thought of peace, stillness, and a bit of time for yourself after rushing to get the kids to school on time?

For me it was the mindfulness session at the happinest - an hour to give yourself the time you never give yourself, to recognize your breath, emotions, tensions and learn how to release. If I were to compare my state when I walk through the door it’s like an inflated balloon of tension and stress ready to POP and when I walk out I’m relaxed, softer, gentler, able to take a calm breath and even see the day in a better light.
